Anne Abraham currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Boards of Media Prima Berhad and Metrod Holdings Berhad. She is also Chairperson for Board of Media Prima Digital Sdn. Bhd., the digital subsidiary of Media Prima Berhad and an Independent Non- Executive director of NSTP Berhad, also a Media Prima Berhad subsidiary.
Her current role as Chair of LeadWomen, an MSC status consultancy company she founded in late 2011, is focused on developing and advancing women leaders, in line with the Malaysian government’s aspirational target of 30% women on boards. In this capacity she sets the strategy, direction, framework and content for women leadership development. Anne is recognized as a thought leader in gender diversity and inclusion, both locally and regionally. Her objective of getting more women into the boardrooms is to encourage diversity of thought and perspectives which has proven by research to improve innovation, sustainability and governance of organizations, thus building a stronger corporate Malaysia. Prior to setting up LeadWomen, she was the Country Manager of SAP Malaysia and then appointed as Managing Director Cisco Malaysia, two of the largest global technology companies in their own specialisation.
In a non-business capacity, Anne is a board director for Protect & Save the Children, a non- profit organization focused on Child Protection and this year 2019, been appointed as a board trustee for the Tun Fatimah Hashim Women in Leadership UKM.

Sue Lynn joined KPMG in 2005 and has experience in both Corporate Income Tax and Indirect Tax. She advises on Malaysian tax issues and has assisted numerous leading overseas and locally headquartered multinationals. She has also undertaken a secondment in KPMG ASPAC in Singapore.
For Corporate Income Tax, her experience includes Malaysian tax advisory and tax planning work in mergers and acquisitions and cross-border transactions (inbound and outbound).
For Indirect Tax, Sue Lynn’s experience includes assisting her clients on the Sales Tax and Service Tax (SST) as well as Goods and Services Tax (GST) implementation, advisory, compliance and health check projects. Raymond Devadass

Raymond is the Founder and CEO of Daythree Business Services, an award-winning business process management company specialising in optimising CX through cutting-edge technology. He has over 28 years of work experience in professional practice and was CFO of a multi-national commercial group. Aurobindo

Aurobindo has over 20 years of experience in tax consulting, research, training and documentation. Rajesh Nambiar serves as Chairman and President of Ciena India. In this role, he is responsible for driving Ciena’s continued success and growth in the country. Previously, Rajesh was the General Manager and Global Leader of IBM’s $8 billion Application Services Business which built and managed software applications for clients worldwide. He also served on the board of IBM India for more than 12 years.

He also served on the board of AP-Online, one of Tata’s joint ventures. Roshan Thiran is the Founder and CEO of Leaderonomics, a social enterprise dedicated to providing access to leadership development to everyone of all ages in developing nations across Asia Pacific. Roshan began his career with Exxon-Mobil in an operational role. He later moved to General Electric (GE) and began his GE career at GE Investments in Stamford, CT, USA leading the start-up efforts of a mutual fund as an Investment Analyst. He was later drafted into GE Capital’s Financial Management Program (FMP) and had a number of Finance assignments with various GE Capital businesses, GE International in Shelton CT and also leading an integration effort at GE Global Compression Services in Dallas, TX.
Roshan then joined National Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) at its Rockefeller Center, New York City hub as News &Sports Analyst responsible for 6 news programs, The Today Show, Dateline, and Sunrise and lead the MSNBC cable network start-up efforts. He was part of numerous media initiatives at NBC Universal helping drive growth.
Roshan then moved to London, UK, to take on a cross-functional pan-Europe role for GE Capital Europe focusing on acquisition and integration of operations and processes across Europe and the US. Roshan returned to the US in 1998 to join GE Corporate Initiatives Group (CIG), GE’s think-tank, and later took on the role as project manager of global Y2K efforts.
In April 1999, Roshan moved to Malaysia as CFO & Executive Director of GE Engines Services Malaysia (GEESM). Roshan helped grow GEESM 5 times in 2 years and helped in its successful turnaround, including enabling it to be “best-in-the world” in a number of areas. In 2001 Roshan took on a leadership development role with GE Crotonville as a Learning Leader, spearheading the training and leadership development efforts in Asia Pacific and Australia.
In 2003, Roshan took over as Director of HR Asia Pacific, overseeing Finance organizations across Asia. In 2007. Roshan moved out of GE and took a role as the Director of Global Talent Management for Johnson & Johnson. Under her direction, ICT Faculty won numerous awards including the 2017 ASOCIO ICT Education Excellence Award. Moreover, the B.Sc. As the Director of Mahidol University Computing Center in 2003-2009, she engaged with many ICT industries to leverage the IT Academic and infrastructure development for Mahidol including the expansion of the all campus-wide Gigabit and wireless networks for the university. Collectively, Woon has over 35 years related experience in the Information Technology industry including fifteen years in systems development and integrations in the Banking and finance industry in Australia and Malaysia. He spent another twenty years with KPMG and BDO Consulting as Partner and Executive Director in Management Consulting and Risk Management wherein he also held the positions of Chief Information Officer and Chief Knowledge Officer during his tenure in KPMG. He retired from both organisations in 2013 and 2017 respectively.
Woon has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), a Post Graduate Degree in Accounting and Finance from University of Technology, Sydney, Australia and a Bachelor of Science ( BSC) from University New South Wales, Australia In early 2019. Woon is appointed Secretary General for the Asian Oceanian Computing Industry Organisation (ASOCIO), a regional federation of ICT associations of 24 member economies in the region.
He is also appointed to the Board of Director as Independent Non Executive Director (INED) in Takaful Ikhlas General Berhad and Takaful Ikhlas Family Berhad in October and September 2019 respectively. He is also nominated on to the audit, investment and risk management committees.
Woon was elected chairman of the National Tech Association of Malaysia (PIKOM) for two terms in 2011 to 2013, and thereafter appointed Advisor to the association till now. In 2018, he was also appointed a member of the working group of the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) in the Professional Services Nexus. Before moving to South East Asia, Hsing Ren worked in strategy and operations for nearly 15 years in the telecoms, digital media and technology space in London, UK. This experience included managing strategy for the global commercial arm of the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), as well as a consultant for PwC Strategy (now Strategy&) where he advised the world’s largest telecoms and media players.

He has been leading in many study groups for regulatory and policy issues in Japanese government and private sector associations, including broadband policy, spectrum management, Internet governance, personal data protection, digital trade, innovation and Information Society and Economy policies. He has been leading multilateral discussions for digital socio-economy policies, including those in OECD, APEC, UNCTAD, ITU and WTO, as well as bilateral dialogues with US, EU, Korea, Taiwan, India and China.

He was a founder and Director, Asia-Pacific for the Global Digital Foundation , a not-for-profit platform for multi-disciplinary dialogue between policymakers, stakeholders and scholars in support of evidence-based policy for the digital society.
Tim has degrees in commerce and law, and completed post graduate courses in resource economics, quality management and business re-engineering. A former government advisor, and resource sector economist, Tim has focused on the role of technology, with roles in the Australian, UK, European and global ICT sector.

Ganesh Kumar Bangah (“Ganesh”) is prominent leader in the Malaysian Tech industry. He is currently the Chairman of the National Tech Association of Malaysia (“PIKOM”). Ganesh is also an award winning serial entrepreneur and startup investor. He has received many awards and accolades being recognized by Top 10 of Malaysia as among the 10 most inspiring Malaysian technology entrepreneurs and by Society Magazine as one of the 100 people you must know in Asia.
Ganesh is the Chair of E-Commerce Malaysia, a Chapter of PIKOM. As Chair of Ecommerce Malaysia, he has operated #MYCYBERSALE, a public private partnership between PIKOM and Malaysian Digital Economy Corporation (“MDEC”). Through his leadership he grew the sales of #MYCYBERSALE 2019 to more than RM390m, representing an increase of more than 80% over a span of two years while reducing government cost for the initiative by 60%. Ganesh is also the Champion of the ICT Nexus under the Malaysian Productivity Blueprint and in that capacity is a member of the Malaysian Productivity Council.
Ganesh founded his first internet business, MOL Global Inc. (“MOL”) in the year 2000 at the tender age of 20. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of MOL for 15 years since its inception. Ganesh was certified by the Malaysia Book of Records as the youngest Chief Executive Officer of a Malaysian public listed company when MOL was originally listed on the Malaysian Stock Exchange in 2003. Through a series of acquisitions all over the world, he built MOL to become South East Asia’s leading online payment gateway and South East Asia’s first internet company to be listed on the NASDAQ in 2014. He was also the Founder and Director of MOL Ventures, an investment holding company which made successful private investments in global social media and mobile internet companies such as Facebook, Friendster and Kakao.
After leaving MOL in 2016, Ganesh founded ecosystem builder Commerce.Asia. Commerce.Asia is venture builder that invests, mentors and accelerates commerce technology enablers across South East Asia. Through Commerce.Asia, Ganesh has invested in leading e-commerce platform, Sitegiant; Malaysia’s largest dropshipping platform, Kumoten; and Malaysia’s largest direct-to-garment merchandise creation platform, Famsy. Commerce.Asia is also the first licensee of the Silicon Valley based GrowthX Accelerator and Academy outside of the United States.

Hasnul is the Director, Government and Regulatory Affairs for IBM Malaysia. His responsibilities include strategic stakeholder engagement, the provision of policy input to government stakeholders, supporting the business objectives of IBM in Malaysia and is part of the IBM Malaysia senior leadership team.
He has over 18 years of experience in working in various leadership roles in startups and the Multimedia Development Corporation ( MDeC ). His extensive experience in handling management, technical and strategy roles has served to strengthen his contribution to the various organizations he has served in. He has been involved in the Economic Transformation Labs at the national ( ETP 2010 ) and regional level ( IRDA ). He has represented IBM as a speaker on a wide range of technology and policy issues at various forums as the ASLI Digital Economy Conference, ASLI Malaysia Education Summit, the Edge SME Summit and other industry events.
He currently chairs the Government Relations Committee of the American Malaysian Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the US Asean Business Council. He is an avid reader of economic theory, business strategy, biographies and Tom Clancy novels. In his spare time he enjoys trekking, military simulation paintball and strategy themed computer games. His current policy interest areas are national economic development theory, the impact of technology on society and economy ( blockchain, artificial intelligence, social media ) and Malaysia’s political and societal transition post Malaysia’s 14 th General Election ) in 2018.
